Henan Yaxin Kiln Co., Ltd., as the vice chairman unit of China Wall Materials Science Information Network (www.brick-tile.com), is a professional design and construction company for the wall materials firing kiln. Our advanced large-section kilns are engineered for high-volume industrial output. Depending on the configuration, our systems can achieve a daily capacity ranging from 300,000 to 700,000 standard bricks. For instance, our ultra-large projects in Kaifeng and Uzbekistan currently maintain a steady output of 600,000–700,000 bricks per day.

Q2: What are the advantages of an "Ultra-Large Cross-Section" (e.g., 17.3m) kiln?

A wider cross-section, such as our 17.3-meter model, allows for a significantly higher volume of bricks to be fired in a single cycle compared to traditional narrow kilns. This design maximizes heat utilization per unit, improves airflow uniformity through PLC-controlled pulse firing, and drastically reduces the per-brick energy consumption and labor costs.
